Lobuche East Peak Expedition, Adventure Of A Lifetime!

Are you looking to experienc the adventure of a lifetime? Get set to take a very strenuous and exhilarating camping, hiking, and sightseeing tour. The trip takes twenty one days. It is a test of your ability. However, the rewards will be well worth the effort, and lasts a lifetime. Lobuche East Peak Expedition, will fulfill your every wish.

The Lobuche East Peak Expedition, is a trek, for amateurs, and experienced hikers. Lobuche Expedition offers many different routes to take, according to the skill of the explorer. You will see views of Tawache, Ama Dablam and more from the base camp at 5500 meters. You will climb below glaciers that take you to the view of the Lobuche and Khumbu glacier. It can be a difficult, which is why a climbing course is offered before you go. No need to be an experienced climber, however, good physical fitness and ability, are required, for your safety, and that of others.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Kathmadu Airport. Meet your SFT representative. Depart, head to the hotel. Have a welcoming drink, learn about Peak Climbing program, and Trekking. Retire to your room to prepare for the next day.

Day 2: Next day, sightsee Kopan Monastery, Boudhanath Stupa and Swayambhunath Stupa, via private tour guide and car. Next, check your equipment, then rest again at the hotel.

Day 3: You will fly from Kathmandu to Lukla, a 45 minute flight, then from there, trek to Phakding, taking three hours. Rest overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: This day’s trek is Phakding to Namche Bazzar, which takes six hours. Again rest at the lodge.

Day 5: This day is when you climb. You will hike to Everest View Hotel, and stay the night there.

Day 6: Trek again to Trek from Namche Bazzar to Tengboche, for five hours. Rest at the lodge.

Day 7: Another trek, Tengboche to Dingboche, another five hours, and rest again at lodge.

Day 8: Trek Tengboche to Dingboche for four hours, and stay overnight at the lodge.

Day 9: Rise early for a hike to hike to Chhukung-Ri, then trek to Pheriche, taking six hours. Rest overnight at the lodge.

Day 10: Trek Pheriche to Lobuche, taking five hours. Stay at the lodge.

Day 11: Trek Lobuche to Gorak-Shep, taking three hours. You will spend the afternoon exploring and sightseeing Everest BC for five hours, then retire to the lodge.

Day 12: Rise early for a hike to Kalapathar, taking two hours, then trek to the Lobuche Base Camp, which will take four hours. Stay overnight in a tent.

Day 13: Trek again, going to High Camp, which takes four hours. Stay in a tent at camp.

Day 14: Hike to summit, Lobuche East, at 6119m, then back to base, about eight hours, staying again at camp.

Day 15: This is a reserve day for bad weather to climb. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 16: Trek to Tengboche, taking seven hours, then stay at the lodge.

Day 17: Trek to Monjo, which takes seven hours, then rest overnight at lodge.

Day 18: Trek to Lukla, which takes five hours, again stay at the lodge.

Day 19: Rise early and fly to Lukla, where you check into the hotel and enjoy refreshments.

Day 20: Enjoy sightseeing in Sightseeing Kathmandu Durbar Square, and the beautiful Pashupatinath Temple. Afterwards enjoy a farewell dinner with SFT staff, then stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 21: Leave for the Kathmandu International Airport, to fly back to your homes.
